The importance of Mental hygiene and beauty
Have you started your day on pjs and pretty much stayed all day not wanting to get up and out of bed ? We sure all deserve one of those days! How about a day ordering pizza in bed as well !?
However , it is not unlikely if we stay home all day and as days go back we don’t do our hair , we don’t mind our outfits and fall into rut of being disheveled , it might start taking a mental toll on us .
Once I run into a Mexican veteran mom that adviced me “In the old traditions an old wives tale says , the spirits enter the window to whisper negatively voices and is why is importantk to get dressed amd get out of the houses
